
SERVICE/PROGRAM
SERVICE PLAN:
Five Loaves and Two Fish Foundation will serve families at or below the poverty level in areas where it is established. Nigeria and the United States of America will be the pioneer nations that will be used to start the program due to
1) Availability of office space
2) Availability of manpower
3) Adequate knowledge of the Environment
As resources become available, Five Loaves and Two Fish will provide services in other nations, specifically in communities where the program is highly needed.
Eligibility requirement:
1) Verifiable documentation of unemployment or earning record that is at or below the poverty level
2) Willingness to participate in the program’s economic development program
3) Willingness to participate in a spiritual enrichment program


PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Five Loaves and Two Fish will begin by distributing uncooked food to program participants. As opportunities to expand services become available, we hope to incorporate a soup kitchen into the program to serve homeless families and their children. Dry food distribution will be done in the following order
1) Food will be distributed only once a month according to the location calendar
2) The skills acquisition program will run according to the Apprenticeship requirements
3) Spiritual and Psychosocial counseling will be conducted once a week
